NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) below prior to sending any items back.
If your order arrives and it is incorrect, damaged or defective, please File a Claim.
RETURN POLICIES
Most returns may be authorized up to 30 days from date of receipt.
ITEM CONDITION
The product(s) must be in new condition with all original packaging. Any item that has been used, is missing parts or damaged will be refused for credit. We take care to ensure the items arrive damage-free and intact.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend insuring the return shipment and including any protective packaging that was included in your shipment. If a return is damaged in transit back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for seeking reimbursement from the courier.
RESTOCKING FEE
All Canceled or Returned Merchandise is subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
EXCLUSIONS APPLY
Not all items are eligible to be returned. The items are not eligible for return: Clearance, Factory Orders, Available On Backorder, Limited Supply, Discontinued, Made To Order and Special Order items. The return of orders in excess of $1,000 may be limited and credit may be issued in the form of a store credit only.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
In order for your return to be authorized in a timely manner, please click the button below and complete the form to request an RMA. Make sure to review our Return Policy above to ensure that your return qualifies for authorization. Most authorizations are issued the same business day by email.
Please make sure to add CustomerService@CabinetmakerWarehouse.com to your list of approved email senders. This will prevent SPAM/JUNK mail filters from blocking your Return Authorization email. Once you receive your authorization, make sure to follow the instructions for returning your order.
Once the item(s) are returned, you will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise or exchange, based on our polices, as fast as possible. This normally takes a day or less to complete.
